Today, I baked my friend a cake for his 21st birthday. When I arrived at his house, his girlfriend, who hadn't made him anything, screamed at me for "making her look bad." She then took the cake, banned me from the party, and kicked me out. FML

He needs to dump her ass. Making scenes and shit.

Aww, I know how you feel OP. I had to "compete" with a jealous girlfriend for my best friend's attention for so long. Nevermind the fact that I'd been friends with him since my early teens (and if I wanted to date him, I would have done it already), she was still convinced I was trying to steal him away every time I so much as texted him or liked one of his Facebook statuses. Some people are so paranoid...

Where did OP say she was trying to steal him away?! People can do nice things for their friends of the opposite gender without there being an ulterior motive you know

wasn't there a really similar FML not long ago? though I think that one was mom vs girlfriend

#1 you sir are an idiot. #48 I commend you on retracting your comment in the most graceful way possible.

Are you ******* kidding me? So if I do anything nice for my best friend of the opposite sex then I am trying to steal him? Even if I have known him for waaaaaaay longer than his current GF? You sound like my Ex BFF's Wife.

Since when is being nice to your friend kissing ass?

You should probably text him about it or just tell him his girl is crazy af. Might save headache in the future

I would of threw the cake at her and actually make her look bad.

yessss and then the OPs gf gets mad and they start wrestling and start ripping each others clothes off and then they start making out and then... what are we talking about again?

Jealousy like that could be guilt that they cheated or they are a little mental... And by little I mean a lot.

It's funny you say that #17. My best friend recently broke up with her because she was caught cheating multiple times. Turns out she had never been faithful with him to begin with! :O

I totally understand #6! My situation is a little different because he's not even dating her nor does he want too, but she keeps insisting that I'm trying to get with him. This has been going on since we were in 2nd grade. We're 18 now.

Well, your friend chose a pleasant lady.. Eesh.

shouldve slapped that bag and walked right in anyways

How dare you bake him a cake? How dare you try to make her look bad. You're such a home wrecker.

you made a cake and she was jelly filled, sounds like a sweet time

She made herself look bad. She could have had a good excuse as to why she didn't get him anything. But there is no good excuse for acting the way she did.

It's his house. You're his friend. You should have gotten back in there. She has no right to kick you out, girlfriend or not. "Make her look bad"? That bitch probably didnt even get her "bf" anything.
