Today, it wasn't until I heard something fly off the roof of my car and hit the trunk, then asphalt, that I remembered where I left my phone while unlocking the car door. FML

NEVER put stuff on the roof of your car. (Yeah, I learned the hard way as well)

Give me a brake! I'm tired of things like this! You auto know better than to leave your phone there, OP! You can't a Ford to break phones like that! Find a company that will cell you a good protection plan at least.

-27 sometimes your hands are full and to unlock the car you need to put stuff down. -37 it doesn't make you a retard

I've never had that happen. One simple rule, if you have to set something on your car put it on the hood. That way if you forget it, as soon as you get in your car you see it there.

Is it? If it happens again you'll be glad it wasn't too late

It's never too late to learn from your mistakes, what 2 was insinuating OP should do.

I learned the hardway as well. I left my keys on the roof when I was taking my daughter out, my husband went to work keys are gone lol. The spare at key which is $300 to replace gone! I have never put a thing up there again.

Lets hope you have an old brick for a phone. If not, now you will.

No! Lets not hope it was a nokia! For the sake of our planet!

No.. You just didn't see how to continue it... Therefore you killed it.

You can get insurance for a phone. Let's hope OP does, especially if it was a smartphone.

It's a thing. I pay $10 a month, part of my phone bill. I've learnt my lesson that it's pointless though, don't bother with it!

Insurance is certainly not pointless! I personally have had to use insurance to get me a new phone.. Multiple times..

If your responsible with your things, especially valuable ones, I could see why you could consider it pointless. If you have a tendency to lose, drop, or break things, I could see why you would consider it the opposite.

Does your plan cover "acts of stupidity"?

I'll give you a brake if you give me some gas.

How long did it take you to come up with those puns?

twaumat 28

I think puns are overused and getting old very fast.

39, that was barely a pun. It was more pointing out a grammar flaw with a really bad joke.

I love all the plays on words you come up with (: They brighten my day (:

Once I saw some man driving while his phone laying at the roof of his care, we stopped him just in time though.

8 - A bit off topic, but I can't tell if your username is suppose to be "pussys tank" or "pussy stank". Looks like I'm going to be awake for awhile.

#17. Check your pockets. You stole the words out of my brain. I would like them back.

hello this is customer service...oh **** not you again!
