Today, I went and bought lunch for all the people I work with. The only meal the place forgot was mine. FML

Was it the big salad, with tomatoes like volleyballs?

She said "Was it the big salad, with tomatoes like volleyballs?" I'm assuming she meant it was a big salad, but, with tomatoes like volleyballs. One can never be sure though......

Perdix, I love that show! But have you seen my baby? I left it by the dingo, and I haven't seen it since...

#1 I understood it! :D It's a Seinfeld reference people.

Don't whine about it. You did a nice thing. Just feel good about yourself and settle for a different meal.

You didn't check to see if everything was there before you went back to your workplace? .. Not very smart op

Yeah, cause if you've got meals for every single person in your work place, lets say 20 people, you going to check each and every one?

Checking them all may be too much, but what about counting them all?

That's along the lines of what I was thinking 31.

Or hopefully they went back to the restaurant to pick up their meal...

Or complain and get better customer service.

Hopefully one of your coworkers returned the favor of kindness and shared with you?

If they all pitch in, they could have a mini buffet feast!

Are you sure you remembered your order? I've wrote down orders before and not mine, when it came time to order I read directly off the list. That sucks op.

That just makes you seem all the more generous! The level of brownie points you are earning is over 9000.

Apparently OP's did... The punishment was an empty stomach

Check your receipt and make sure the restaurant didn't charge you for yours, at least. I suggest next time you use Grubhub; you can order online, and if anything goes wrong with your order the kind folks at Grubhub will usually hook you up, either by comping your meal or giving you a credit. Plus, they have yummy rummy! **I am not a paid spokesperson for Grubhub (though I will gladly accept delicious free food)!

Depends on the town OP lives in, and whivh place they hot the foog from. Mind you, I also like GrubHub, but my selection of restaurants is limited.
