Hard day at work I see. Luke does become a Jedi master, just not in the first 2 trilogies.
The Expanded Universe isn't quite cannon. It's at least an arguable point. OP, that's not an FML. That's awesome, most people would love to have a workplace where they can talk about things they enjoy.
I agree good sir. That sounds like a fun time at work to me. I wish my employees would grace me with a conversation like that, instead of the "guess what my girlfriend did or did not do" variety.
You had a more productive day at work than I did.
If that's what you call an FML moment, you've got a pretty good life.
There's a difference between 'being a Jedi' and 'being a Jedi MASTER'. By Jedi standards, he really wasn't much more than an apprentice.
23: I'm pretty sure (had there been more Jedi, that is) that he would've been held in high esteem and would certainly have been promoted beyond "apprentice." ridding the galaxy of the Dark Lord of the Sith, the head of the tyrannical Empire and bringing balance (more or less) to the Force was extraordinary! the only others to get even that close (Yoda and Windu) were great Masters themselves! O:
Who the hell's Luke Skywalker??
That better be sarcasm. If not, GTFO and go watch all 6 Star Wars movies.
isn't the Jedi Master Darth Vader?
Go watch Star Wars....
I find sci-fi extremely boring and lame, can't expect everyone to like Star Wars
The high light was also finding someone that could relate to a topic that you're passionate about! I always feel like I'm talking to a brick wall with most of my coworkers. :P **Hello, is anybody out there?
I had a long debate on the best moves to teach Lugia on pokemon silver in the middle of a uni lecture... thinking nobody could hear. Boy was I wrong.... Feel your pain OP
Noting to be ashamed about, but to stop that guys debate dead in his tracks, Luke does become a Jedi master, but with no other surviving Jedi or masters, he's left to promote himself to the rank, also that guy shoulda kept in mind that Luke is responsible for rebuilding the entire Jedi Order :3 So nothing to be ashamed about with that as a highlight of the day
