No... that's teenage hormones. And lack of hygiene.
..Hence the FML
That's high school.
That's all folks..
Look at this way, at least you didn't have to TAKE the exam during the stench inferno!
Sounds.. delicious. When I used to have English lessons, it'd be after the year 7s had been in there, and they always had PE before their English lessons.
"year 7s"? Where are you from, that where they call what I'm guessing 7th graders?
I was about to give Kergami a hard time for a dumb comment, but then I discovered he's from New Jersey. That's punishment enough.
13, the UK is one year ahead in terms of school "years" or "grades", so when British kids start year 1, American kids are still in Kindergarten, and when US kids starts 1st grade the british kids are in year 2. Essentially, the British system has 13 years of school, whereas the American system only has 12, but both graduate at the same age. I've been in both, so it was funny going up a year from year 6 to grade 6 and still being with kids my age. On top of that I was enrolled in a part-time Swedish class, where it's one year lower, so when people from different places asked what year/grade I was in in, say, 8th grade, I would say Year 9, 8th grade, 8th year (in the Czech system) and 7th class (in the Swedish system). Then I went to a French school where they count backwards, so you go increasingly towards 1st before going into Terminale (or final year), so then it all messed up. And then I went to a 6-year high school where you enter Year 1 at the age 13 and graduate in Year 6 at age 18 and I lost track of everything :D
Actually, Americans also have 13 years of school. Kindergarten still counts. So, did you fail math?
Oh, you're absolutely right, I wrote "school" meaning from grade/year/class 1 up, as in when you actually start counting, but as I also said, they graduate at the same age. And no, I did not fail maths. :)
My absolute worst during exams was the sniffing... but smells are pretty horrible too. Sorry you had to deal with that OP!!!
I sometimes have to do that snorting sound. When I have to do it, it's because the mucus isn't in a position to be blown out through my nose. The only way to get it out is to either hack it up out of my mouth or do that snorting thing, both of which sound gross but at least snorting it up doesn't have to make it look and taste gross as well
Well that stinks.
Your comment reeks. As does mine.
You could say it smells.... Like a shitty situation.
oh thats punny.
Biological exams
D: I hope no one used the now famous musky russian oil perfume girls use.. is smells HORRIBLE. Just put your shirt over your nose xD
A five hour exam? Was it in a concentration camp?
You're a student, you tell me.
3 hours is the longest I've had.
Here in Brazil, university entrance exams and a few other specific ones are often 5 hours long.
Bano - Holocaust jokes are rarely in good taste, especially when they have absofuckinglutely NOTHING to do with the subject at hand. Just a friendly ******* piece of advice. Because I care or whatever.
Should have channeled Nelson and yelled "Smell ya later!" as they left.
Or channel your inner "Blue."
I'd rather stop breathing!
