Bonjour, je suis l'auteure de la VDM :) Certains commentaires m'ont bien fait rire! Alors tout d'abord, je suis bel et bien étudiante en droit, mais je travaille également dans un McDonald's au Pays Basque pour financer mes études. L'Espagne est toute proche en voiture, je suis donc habituée au passage régulier de clients espagnols, et en général ça se passe toujours très bien. Cette VDM était un événement isolé, la plupart des basques et espagnols que je rencontrais faisaient beaucoup d'efforts d'adaptation :) Cependant, ce jour-là, j'ai saisi que le client me parlait en basque, et j'ai donc tenté de lui faire comprendre que je ne le comprenais pas, en français et en espagnol tout d'abord, puis en anglais. Je ne parle pas couramment allemand, j'ai des notions qui me permettent de me faire comprendre, et le recours à cette langue était un peu l'ultime recours désespéré pour tenter la communication, haha ^^ J'ai donc doucement avancé dans la commande à l'aide de gestes. On a fini par saisir qu'il voulait, en plus, son burger sans un certain ingrédient... Au final, il a fini par accepter le premier menu que je lui proposais, avec tout le charme et le calme dont il faisait preuve depuis le début de la conversation :) J'ai pensé aussi qu'il devait se foutre de ma gueule, à vrai dire, mais j'ai encore le doute vu comme il a fini par se laisser "imposer" un menu avec les informations que j'avais comprises. Il aurait aussi bien pu aller commander à la borne, avec l'aide des images etc., mais bon! C'est comme ça!
