Coucou ! Je suis l'auteur(e) de la VDM (oui, je suis une fille) ! Tout d'abord désolée pour les fautes. Pour ma défense, j'ai écrit la VDM en marchant super vite pour ne pas être en retard à mon lieu de stage... Bref, c'est une autre histoire ! Pour l'anecdote complète, le cadeau était en fait destiné à la mère de ma correspondante (mais je trouvais que c'était plus simple à expliquer comme ça), et c'était il y a deux ans. Lors d'un de mes derniers jours aux US, alors qu'on faisait les magasins avec ma correspondante, je lui ai dit que je voulais faire un petit cadeau à toute la famille afin de les remercier. Elle a donc eu un bracelet, son petit frère des bonbons, et je n'avais aucune inspiration pour la mère. Dans un magasin de savons, j'ai donc demandé à ma correspondante ce qui ferait plaisir à sa mère. Elle revient avec le cadeau dans les mains, je l'achète sans faire trop attention (d'autant plus que le prix paraît cohérent). Une fois à la maison, je l'offre à la mère, qui esquisse un sourire gêné et un petit merci, pas très enthousiaste. Déjà là, je me pose des questions. Puis le lendemain matin, je vois prôner le cadeau à côté de l'évier. Après vérification, je comprends mon erreur. Voilà voilà... La honte monumentale ! À ce jour, je regrette de ne pas m'être expliquée avec la mère, et je ne comprends pas pourquoi ma correspondante américaine m'a conseillé CE cadeau (sachant qu'elle avait très bien compris ma question). Désolée pour le pavé ! Bisous ! Ah, oui, je ne suis pas radine, hein : j'avais ramené pleins de cadeaux de France à mon arrivée !
