Please teach me oh great master. (Without the bad circumstances if possible)
1. Go to a doctor if you have questions 2. If you don't already, try weight training to gain weight through building muscle. Take a healthy and natural anabolic approach to weight gain with fitness!!
3. Eat lots of fat (but the good fats) and make sure you get all your nutrients through the kind of food ordinary people wish they could eat without gaining weight.
Sudden massive weight loss is a big ole red flag and worth a checkup with a doctor if you can manage that. Even if it turns out to be nothing, the doctor might have advice on how to get your weight back up into a healthy range.
You need to hire me as a coach. I'm excellent at building fat and will be happy to show you my technique.
So how do you do it?
Eat lots of fast food, enjoy desserts and keep fruit and veg to a minimum. I go to the gym every day, sit on a workout bench and play on my phone for a half hour and then reward myself with a snack.
I did this for years with no effect :/ Also switched out the not-working-out with heavy lifting for a try, to no avail. I guess I'm doomed.
Go see your Doctor. You could have some hormonal changes that are causing you to lose muscle mass. It is best to get ahead of whatever the source is sooner rather than later.
