It would have been better to go to HR, or even make it a legal matter. Superiors should NEVER hit on those under their command, because of the power imbalance. If he's trying to push you into quitting or trying to set you up so he can fire you, I advise contacting HR or HIS boss, if he has one. If that isn't an option, then I suggest starting a low key social media campaign against him, starting with trying to find other women he's done this to, as there are doubtlessly others. Post any evidence of him being inappropriate toward female employees or customers, if he has a wife or girlfriend, anonymously send them to her, and have any other women he did this to do the same. You may still be able to get some sort of legal or criminal case going, since you could technically argue that you felt coerced into the act. That could have social repercussions though, above certain that is what you want to do, before you start that. That said, only do this if that is genuinely how you feel, not just to get revenge to feel like you are the one who "won."
