You realize you can get fired in the blink of an eye for crap like this? Then again, your networth should be fixed when you find a job again!

Or if she doesn't get caught, she could get a raise.

What was your next option if you couldn't fix it

OP I really hope you didn't rm -rf / the network..

OP is not a true sysadim ... A true sysadim keeps the network up at all costs!

And sabotaging the company's network and then fixing it isn't getting involved?

Correction; involved in positive, outgoing actions

Hopefully that gave you the confidence boost to do something helpful

Just try to find a book or something to expand your knowledge in your field of work so that you make improvements to the network or other various systems. Or assist any other co-workers who may new help with what they're doing!

If you're willing to go as far as that, you might want to get help.

Maybe ask your manager if you could do any little odd job around the place?

why don't u get a different job, maybe its time to try for that dream....

I think it's time to find a fulfilling hobby instead of ******* with your employer. Maybe try swimming. No one has high self esteem in a bathing suit so everyone is in the same boat :)
