Today, my fiancé told me he wants to buy an engagement ring for his mother, so that she doesn't feel left out. FML

DON'T DO It!!! GET OUT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!!

Time to tell him to cut the cord, the apron strings & get off of his mom's breast if he wants a relationship (it's for ONLY YOU & HIM, NOT HER). An engagement ring for her too, so she doesn't feel left out? OMG! It's your wedding not hers...if she would seriously "FEEL" left out, then there's something WRONG...dump mommas boy & find a man. There is NO reason for him to by her a ring too..FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN STUPIDITY. Leave him before she walks down the isle & spends the honeymoon with you, also he WILL be yelling her EVERYTHING that should be private between the 2 of you..get out while the getting is good.

Run away from that guy as far as you can... I see a restraining order against your mother-in-law in the future...
