You REALLY need to talk with her- and I mean you talk and she says nothing and simply agrees- about how unacceptable that is to force you into a situation that neither of you want. However good her intentions, she cannot force you down the aisle.
This is unacceptable. Tell your mom to mind her business and stop tryna intrude. I'm assuming you don't have kids with this man so your mom may be pushing marriage to have grandchildren. Regardless, it's disrespectful and unethical. Have a talk with your mom with a stern manner.
