I see you are from the UK. Make sure you utilise your rights to an unfair dismissal trial. That's not fair. Why should you be fired for following orders?
Is there no way to get the bar owner to listen? And next time if someone else wants to do something you don't agree with let them do it on their own and continue your job cause there are always going to be crappy coworkers and managers out there.
