Probably not

Today, I missed multiple calls from the company I applied to. That was the supervisor calling, wanting to hire me. I then remembered my idiotic voicemail I made months ago where I pretended to answer and say stupid stuff for 5 minutes. I don't think I'm going to get the job. FML

I did that once too...gah that sucks :/

Hmmmm, but considering how the supervisor made multiple calls, it sounds like the company wanted you pretty badly.. UNLESS he did it to entertain himself (and possibly others at work).

first rule of job searching: pretend you are mature. sorry but ydi

That's okay cause if you're still doing stupid shit like that (and worse, so often that you don't remember doing it) you wouldn't have lasted a week on the job anyway? Be positive. You saved both you and the employer from making a bad decision.

The "multiple" calls were most likely the boss getting his other employees to listen to your lame stupidity so they could laugh at you?

kinda childish, the old answering voicemail prank

It's kinda common sense that you don't make a voicemail like that if you're over 15. Stuff like that happens and it's your own fault.
