Today, I moved back in with my parents in order to help them with the mortgage, so they don't lose the house that has been in our family for three generations. I also found out that I now have a curfew, and so does my husband and our 3 year old son. FML

Today, the cable repairman came to fix my cable, which has never worked well. The entire time he was talking about how much extra money he got the "fat bitch who moved here 6 months ago" to pay for her cable. I moved in 6 months ago. I was pregnant. FML

It's okay to have money problems.My sister moved back in with my parents after traveling the world and going to college because she is now $100,000 in debt and needs to start paying it off. It happens.

YDI because there's no reason that you "had" to tell everyone you're moving back with the 'rents, you simply chose to do so. You could have simply said "I'm moving" and refused to elaborate, or said your new roommates already had cable. As if the cable guy waterboarded it out of you.

Hey. I've been there. I finally just got back on my feet. And when you cancel cable they ask why and it can't be a response such as I can no longer afford it.
