To be honest if he's making a lot of grammar mistakes you probably don't want any of that.
Sounds like you weren't much into the relationship anymore, either.
Honestly that sounds like a good thing. If you were more bothered by the spelling mistakes than being dumped, you probably were not that happy in the relationship anyway. At least you didn't get dumped by somebody you're really in love with. Now you can find somebody who you can actually get excited about, and hopefully he can spell!
Probably why he dumped her in the first case, omg spelling errors let's be a bitch about it.
If she's picking it apart to the point where she's more concerned with spelling than the message yeah "Here's your sign". If he constantly typed like he was doing it with his face I could understand, but if you were calling out on the most minor of spelling errors and that was killing your mood that's problematic. It really depends.
