Today, the bar owner I work for told us to pay better attention to our drunk patrons, and to start cutting them off. A fellow bar maid asked how we are supposed to tell when it's time. He pointed at me and said, "When they start hitting on her, they're too drunk to drive." FML

While I agree that this is very ****** up on his part. And even if he wasn't the boss. Everyone telling on each other over hurt feelings and being offended is one of the things ruining today's society. What you need to do is put your big girl panties on and come back with something to put him in his place or find some other way to deal with it. People need need to relearn how to deal with their own problems.

Plenty of assholes out there who survive by insulting others, thinking it's oh so funny. It's not, just proves you don't have real humour. People who do this all the time are such losers. Just be happy you're not like him, OP! But! If he means it's because you're so pretty men will only dare to hit on you if they're drunk enough, it's actually really sweet - some people just say stuff in an awkward way :)

That's a lousy test. I always hit on the homeliest waitress, even if she's still above average in looks. She's generally the most likely to be single and sane.
