Je viens pour mettre les choses au clair. Oui, c'était de ma faute, parce que je m'étais mal exprimée. Le vendeur n'avait pas compris ma requête. En revanche j'avais bien raison de demander un remboursement, il était tout à fait justifié. Après sa réplique, j'ai explosé de rire, ca a détendu les choses, nous avons repris la discussion sur un ton beaucoup plus calme et chacun a eu ce qu'il voulait. Le vendeur était vraiment fier de sa répartie, et il y avait de quoi ! Tout est bien qui finit bien :)
