If a pair of noise canceling headphones cause your motion sickness to get bad then you need to get checked out and maybe even get meds for it. You could have a bad inner ear problem. Just an idea OP, I'm in nursing and have seen this kind of thing before. Best of luck to you OP!
Take Dramamine before listening to music. That’s cheaper than the “restocking fee”’for returning the headphones, and less hassle.

I had the same problem when i first started using mine, it’s very disorienting. But you get used to it quickly. If it’s bose or another kind with different noise reduction levels you can work your way up. Once you get used to them they are amazing
