Geez. Thy could have warned you what award you were getting beforehand! But hey, I hope your parents were proud of you though. You did accomplish something that some people (like me) have a hard time trying to pass.
You don't "pass" the PSAT's.
PSAT's are pretty much practice and the scores are kinda irrelevant

There's scholarships you can apply for that ask SPECIFICALLY for PSAT scores, not SAT scores. You might be a Merit Scholar or have gotten commended performance. Since most people don't know how important the PSAT is for certain applications and scholarships/grants, they take it lightly. Be thankful.
