Ahahaa. Dude, they get scared if you do that. LOL cop fail!
uh no......he prolly thought he was going to run
Suck my toe, Ms. "prolly".
That cop overreact much?
@235 Not at all, they have protocol for a reason. Opening a door is unexpected and especially if the windows are tinted the cop doesn't know what the guy is gonna do, could be a criminal with a gun for all he knows. OP is an idiot for opening the door instead of complying.
Not at all, what the cop did is protocol in most places, because the person is exiting without warning and people have gotten out of their cars and shot at the cop before or gotten out and ran, it's protocol to pull your gun and order them do the ground if they get out of the car during a traffic stop

Show it anywayThe OP was stupid enough to open the door as the cop approached. He could've had a gun and the cop didn't want to take that chance. They fear for their lives too ya know.
You do realize that you made yourself a threat by getting out of the car instead of rolling down your window, right? YDI
Because nobody ever used a gun from an open window, or through a window. Of course not. What was he thinking. [/sarcasm] The cop over-reacted and used bad language. Police officer panicked for no reason, unless it was in some sort of insecure dangerous unstable contry where alot of people carry a gun and are trigger-happy... Oh, never mind, it happened in the USA. The cop got the good reaction.
You're supposed to stay in your car and if your door starts to open you are automatically considered a threat yeah you can shoot people through a window but just dont be a nitpicky dumbass
@Klutzywriter: **** YOU.
You do realize that you made yourself a threat by getting out of the car instead of rolling down your window, right? And how would you ruin the tint by rolling down the window? Unless your cars such a piece of crap that it scratches the window whenever your roll it down. YDI
Dude, don't open the door unless the cop asks you to. YDI.
that's what you get

It's what they tell you to do after you get it tinted. You can't roll it down for 24-48 hours afterwords for the tint to cure and the adhesive to stick
