Aussie here. in grade 6, the class was playing cricket fir PE. at least with a tennis ball. kid hit the ball into my face and gave me a bloody nose. the teacher asked HIM if HE was okay. and was furious with me when I asked to go to the first aid lady.

Today, after I learned a long time ago that it's prudent to smell your shredded cheese as with milk to check its freshness, that lesson came into play when I doubted the quality of some cheese my roommate was going to use for nachos. I smelled it and got the dry heaves from the stink. He can't smell anything. FML

Today, I noticed that I feel the loneliest when I'm with my family. I was raised in group homes for most of my childhood and I'm sure my mother doesn't want me, and she hasn't for years. My brothers used to disappear as kids and just do what they wanted, whereas I'd be home before curfew and I rarely acted out but still I'm unwanted. FML
