Celebrate!

Today, at work, I was supposed to have an easy two-hour shift, after which I was planning on attending a party that had been arranged to celebrate my graduation. Nearly six hours later, I am just getting home after being super busy and shorthanded at work for hours. I missed my own party. FML

Totally a reason to set up ANOTHER party!

Don't kid yourself, you were never invited.

I agree. But make sure you're off completely so there's absolutely no way you can get stuck at work again. btw what happened to the after party?(:

plan another party if the guests to the first one are willing to come again. this time you should schedule it on a day where you're not working or super busy with something

agreed why would u work on your party day?

Awww, you just missed your WOW party. No biggie.

It's called life and having a job. Get used to it. This isn't high school anymore.

That's life, things like this happen. Let's hope they at least saved you a piece of cake.

Lol your fault for not taking the whole day off

Sounds like you are flipping burgers to pay for tuition. I feel for you!

welcome to the real world! get used to it, it's going to happen over and over. you have 2 options. 1. get a life size full color cardboard cutout of you, that can be placed in your office. switch the office coffee to decaf and hopefully nobody will notice it's not really you. 2. stay in school.
