That really sucks, but what job gives you a two-hour shift? The least hours I ever did was four.
Dude..I would've just left. You had a former engagement and your job should've respected that. Some companies can actually get in trouble for not letting you go home when you're supposed to. Kudos on actually staying though..I bet your managers were really impressed..throw another party..and this time you can party harder knowing that you missed out last time.
