I have been completely shitfaced drunk before and never done anything like that before. My conscience still works. But I guess inhibitions disappear on most drunk people. Some get angry, some sleepy, talkative, say I love you man, or get nekkid and quack like a duck...etc

once, after getting wasted, waking up with a hangover and hearing about stripping and streaking (at 17yrs old) my friend decided to show me a video on his phone...it backfired, because he forgot that on the video, he bet me 15 bucks i wouldnt take my clothes off and run outside...so he had to pay up. It still wasn't worth the embarassment of all of my co-workers at big lots having the videos on there phones... :s
