Perhaps maybe this cashier was a strict Mario player. I grew up with snes but my cousins both had segas so sometimes we would trade so we can play sonic and her play Mario.
You know there's such thing as a person who can enjoy both Mario AND Sonic, right?
Yea, this isn't DC vs Marvel here.
Yes, the gas is overpriced and the hot dogs are overlooked, but at least the life-coaching is free! If you doubt the wisdom of the gas-station cashier, you can always get a second opinion from a local crack *****.
How charmingly judgemental.
I've noticed that too! At most if the shell stations and 7/11s I kept hearing sonic ring. Brought back good memories. Maybe op the gas attendant was deprived of playing sonic and took his unresolved anger out on you by saying get a life. Who knows. Sonic is cool and yeah
hi
Yea, Id rather get advice from the Amish.
Is it sad that I have never played Sonic the Hedgehog??
Get this kid in front of a Sega Genesis. Now.
You should have made fun of him for working at a gas station...
Don't take it personally, its hard dealing with people at a gas station. Most customers that go in those are pricks, trust me i used to work at one. Anyways i thought that was cute and he shouldnt have came down on you like that:/
Yes however that's ones self job. That person knows this going into work as a cashier in a gas station. This doesn't give one self the right to be nasty to customers because one self hates it's job. I worked in the medical field for 6 years and got I spit on, hit, bite, kicked and verbally abused and not once did I break my professionalism. So therefore OP did not be humiliated like that.

Don't take that kind of advice from a cashier at a gas station.
Sonic can be a touchy subject...
