Today, I was hit on by an older man. I rolled my eyes at him and informed him I was 16, hoping that would get him to leave me alone. He shrugged and said, "We're both human." FML

The "state" is the province of Quebec, and she's over 16, so his age is irrelevant. She's legal.

"there are laws against him getting in your pants." Not if it's consentual. Her age being 16 is not a legal deterrent. I see no fault in his logic.
