Today, I finished my classwork and my homework early. Since we weren't allowed to leave the room, I decided to draw. My teacher noticed and gave me detention for "goofing off" when I should be doing my work. When I told the teacher I was already done, they gave me a second detention for "attempting to defy them". FML

Today, I was in class just taking notes and minding my own business. The teacher has already called my parents twice complaining about me. As we are taking 3 pages of notes she grabs mine and rips them up, saying that she is sick and tired of me drawing. I was drawing the graphs on the board. FML

Today, during a class, I noticed some racist statements and symbols on a table. While erasing them, I bent down to pick up my dropped pencil. I look back up to see a teacher, and got a suspension. FML

Today, I turned in an essay after staying up late to work on it. I was away when the teacher assigned it, so I'd asked my friend what the subject was. It transpires that she'd given me the wrong one, all because she was mad at me for not returning her pencil. FML

Today, I saw some pretty heinous graffiti on the urinal stall at school, so I opted to scribble it out. A supervisor came in the second the pen touched the stall. Now I have detention and have to scrub the entire stall clean as a "lesson". FML

I sit front row and usually draw all through my classes but teachers say too much because I have the highest grades. I never have problems. U should leave a tumb tack on his seat

U have freedom of speech(probably, since those under 18 have different rights). And cant get detention for telling the truth when its something harmless, or telling a white lie.

I once got sent to on campus suspension in middle school for reading the directions on a test. It certainly didn't help that all the other students were playing loudly on a PlayStation while I was taking my test. The teacher's aide who sent me to OCS decided to punish me for being distracted rather than remove the distraction. I will never forget that. Ever.

Tell your parents and get them to complain. Schools shit themselves when parents storm in asking what the hell happened because they know that the parents can easily slap them with a lawsuit.
