Never said a benefit, said less likely to have it. Also, a quick fact check says that’s the “minimum” time to keep them. There is no maximum time, and it depends on each persons specific situation.

Didn’t they say the antibodies thing wasn’t definite? Regardless, 5 months is a long time. Pretty sure you’re not spreading it unless you unknowingly got reinfected
