Report the bus time and bus number, along with her description. You deserve to not make the bus because you were late, but you do NOT deserve to be ridiculed, taunted and mocked because of it. That driver needs to be severely reprimanded. And if you don't get a proper follow-up from the bus company, then have some friends track her to her home and beat her ass senseless.
