try waking up between midnight and 2am, being active for a short period, then going back to bed.
Sleeping 10 hours is not normal. That is why your body is waking up early. Waking up tired is also not normal. Go to a sleep doctor. Maybe you have a breathing problem or some other issue that prevents you from sleeping.
