Today, I was in the bank with my seven year-old daughter, when I saw an old high school friend of mine with his wife. I said hello, and he commented on how beautiful my little girl was. I thanked him, and as I turned away, I heard his wife say, "I guess the father must be the good looking one." FML

Although that was mean, I would still take it as a compliment. You're married with children, and if your children are more attractive than you, I suppose that makes you successful as a human being.

She is obviously super insecure and assumed that you and her hubby had some wild sexy relationship back in the day...she was just trying (and failing) to make herself seem attractive. You're hot. And ur kids are better looking than theirs will ever be.
