Maddening

Today, and for the umpteenth time, my cellphone customer service told me that I have to talk to the FCC due to a screwup on both sides in my cellphone plan. The thing is, I can't get around their stupid automated system, 0 is disabled and I don't want to brute force the 20 other numbers to find a living, breathing human. FML
I agree, your life sucks 392

To be honest sounds like a scam - I never heard of a user having to talk to the FCC. They ultimately are likely trying to get your financial information. Call the number you have already have for your cell phone carrier customer service - Do not respond to a text or email as they can be scammed. You can Google the number if need be.

They said you have to call a federal agency to resolve a cellphone issue? That's sketchy as hell... *they* are the ones who are required to comply with federal regulations.
