Today, my wife admitted she's upset with me because she can see I'm unhappy in our marriage. We've been married for over two months and we still haven't had penetrative sex because she's scared of the pain. I cook and care for the house alone (I work remotely), I make 6 times as much money as her, but she's mad I'm sad. FML
I agree, your life sucks 306
You deserved it 110

there are no words to describe how painful sex can be. if she’s had painful experiences (even just with tampons) in the past, or she’s heard from friends how bad it is, I don’t blame her for being scared. I know how frustrating this must be for you, but her knowing how annoyed you are only increases the likelihood that sex will actually be painful. tell her to talk to her dr who can give her some strategies to prevent painful sex. hopefully having a plan will help her feel more prepared and at ease. you should also do some research on painful sex (called vaginismus) to make sure her first experience is good, otherwise you’re in for a long road ahead. good luck!

This is a pivotol moment In your marriage and understand how you choose to go about it can not only change the dynamic of your marriage; but also be so emotionally & physically overwhelming it could affect your job, (no bullshit) worst case scenario it can even turn you gay. Now Ive been told Im TOXIC AF but IMHO I think you should try @Luvlu444's advice & show her your are not insensitive to her feelings and you are making an effort work thru it & make sure it not her best friend or her sister you f*ckin when it doesn't work out

Annulment… Only a fool would buy a car without taking it for a drive. Big mistake - But one that can be corrected.
