Unfortunately some people are not very good at using computer resources or don’t have the knowledge to sort out the good answers from the irrelevant ones. You could take it as a sort of compliment that Mom thinks you have the world’s knowledge at your fingertips. On the other hand, I feel your pain and frustration. My wife asks me general knowledge questions she could Google even with an iPad in her lap at the time. To me that’s just laziness, though I have learned not to say that to her. You might consider an Amazon Echo Dot - They are cheap enough. Maybe Mom could use that.
Next time Mommy Dearest asks you a question, just ask Siri and relay the answer to your mom.
And do it in front of her too.
