Ooooh crap. I teach. You need to wait a few days and if this keeps up, convey your concerns to the principal. Your teacher doesn't know her subject, is ignorant about an important classic AND incapable of figuring it out on her own. Granted, wages are so low for teachers that good ones often go off into other professions; schools also hire bachelor-level first-year teachers because they are cheaper. Still, this is really pushing it for bottom-of -the -barrel teaching :(
