Today, I was told by my best friend and roommate of 7 years that I’m a selfish asshole. Why? I won’t get over the fact that she’s dating my ex, who I was with for 10 years and had 3 kids with. We broke up because he proposed, and then cheated while she was in the house 3 days later. FML

Yeah, you mean former bestfriend. Disassociate yourself from them as much as possible. Both of them are double crossing degenerates. Go branch out and find loyal non backstabbing individuals.

If you mean he cheated with her, then it’s time to move out and get a fresh start. New environment, new best friend and friend circles, new dates, etc. Both of them aren’t worth your time and energy. Focus on your kids and building yourself back up. If he really loved you he would never cheat, and especially not with someone so close to you, and if she was truly a good friend she would’ve never gotten mixed up in it and wanted to date an ex of yours. what we don't know is whether or not she said yes. I mean if she left him hanging or said "no" to him, he moved on, so should she. the other unanswered question is whose house is it, if it is hers, she can kick them out, if it is his, she should have booked out as soon as he cheated.
