Today, I bought a brand new flat screen TV. When I brought it home it didn't work. Furious, I walked into Best Buy and yelled at a guy in a tucked in blue polo and khakis. I asked him why it didn't work and he said he didn't know. I kept screaming. He didn't have a nametag. He didn't work there. FML

Even if he had a name tag, why would you yell at him? "Hey, you work here! You must know exactly what's wrong with the TV I bought from some other employee a while ago! "

You expected him to magically read your mind to know what was wrong? The store employee didn't make your TV not work. I bet you flip out at every employee when something goes wrong.

Would it have been okay if he did work there? Even if he did, it wasn't his fault that the TV didn't work. He just sells the shit; he doesn't make them. You deserve it for being the asshole customer.

I work retail and you're the type of customer that makes me hate my job. Just so you know, we make jokes about customers like you and laugh about how stupid you were being. Oh and, screaming at someone doesn't make them want to help you. As a matter of fact, we will do the least amount possible to help you once you start screaming. We're human beings too asshole, don't treat us poorly over things we can't control.
