Today, I caught my boyfriend cheating so I broke up with him. As revenge he threw my PS3 and XBox out of the window when I wasn't in our house. I got those consoles out of the spare money my three jobs had brought in - the same three jobs I had to get because he refused to get a job of his own. FML

Sadly, she'd somehow probably end of having to pay his court costs as well as her own. The loser would then turn around and NOT pay her even if she was awarded a judgement against him, because he doesn't have a job. So, she would lose money and have to take time off from one of her jobs to go to court. FYL OP, just kick his sorry as out and move one with your life.

Are you surprised? Of course he's going to be a deadbeat. He had a good thing going and you refused to have the spine to say no to him. I doubt this is the first time he's cheated either. It's more likely that this is just the first time he's been caught and now he's throwing a temper tantrum. The only thing left for you now, which you should have done in the first place, is to grow up, accept responsibility for yourself, and try to take back the life that you know you deserve.
