Today, I found out that FedEx delivered my $700 package to the wrong person. The person who signed for it didn't even spell my name right. FML

So call the company you ordered it from and say it was delivered to and signed for by the wrong person. It's really not that hard to fix. Either the company will send you a new one at no cost, or they'll make Fed-Ex pay for it.

Can't the person who signed for something they knew wasn't theirs be legally liable, and possibly criminally as well? If OP complains to FedEx or the company and they send him another package, they're going to try to get their money back and FedEx has a paper trail.
