Id say since your ex bf is labeled (EX) that he done missed his chance. You got 2 kids with your current one. Just cuz he hasnt proposed yet dont mean hes not going to. Some guys do like to plan out something romantic for the occasion. Dont jump the gun. Good things come to those that are patient.
