whats with all these posts about people getting pulled over and tickets even wrecks during driving tests? Arent schools teaching Drivers Ed anymore? Do DMV employees get hazard pay? They probably should.

Don't feel so bad. I backed into the car next to me in the first few seconds my very first driver's test. The instructor was impressed, but for all the wrong reasons. I failed the test before I even took it! I had driven down to the DMV myself, so I got in trouble for that. Since I was still a minor, my folks had to come get me. They were not happy. Ah, precious memories...

As far as I know, you can't get a ticket during driving tests, since you're driving under someone elses supervision. The ticket always to the one with the drivers licence. Not sure if this is true everywhere though.
