Having dreams means you're IN deep sleep. That's what REM is.
Oh goodness... Sorry, OP! Maybe take some sleep meds every once in a while so that you sleep deeply enough to the point where you don't throw expensive things around. :)
That is a bad plan because most sleep meds cause you to do weird shit in your sleep. Haven't you seen all the warnings about sleep walking, sleep driving, and the like? Basically if this kind of thing is currently uncommon for the OP, sleep meds would likely make it more common.

I don't understand how people break there phones I have an iPhone 5 c I've dropped it around thirty times screen first I've spilled food on it I've dropped it in traffic I've thrown it at a wall I've dropped it on a glass and the glass broke on top of all that I don't even use a case
