"Your car" didn't scrape against a pillar. You drove your car into a pillar. YDI for not paying attention
Ever consider not taking your car in anymore? Sounds like a bit of a money drainer if you want to keep hitting things..
Sounds just as bad as me reversing into a stationary pole
"My car scraped against a pillar" No, YOU drove your car into a pillar. You did. Take some responsibility for your actions. You'll never improve yourself if you always play a victim of circumstance. And I say that as a man that once scraped both sides of his car on different pillars in the same car park on the same day!
The pillar must be part of their customer loyalty program..
15+ years of driving and that has never happened to me. Bad driver?
Oh, bad, bad car, how dares it scraping against the pillars. No, Sir, it's you who scraped the car against it.
From next time be more careful OP
Do you look behind you when you back up, or just use your mirrors?
Is there any pillar proof warranty on that paint??

Bet that company is loving you right now.
I hate to be that person, but you should have been more careful. Backing into a pillar is a pretty easy thing to avoid if you're cautious.
