Today, as I was perusing old photos with my mother, I found one of her with a "childhood friend" at her wedding to my dad. Now I know where my green eyes and blotchy neck birthmark came from, and it's not from the man I’ve been calling "dad" for 40 years. FML

Today, I got very dressed up and was excited for my uncle's wedding. While standing in line for photos, I heard my dad's voice from behind me say "Who's the hot chick in the brown dress?" My uncle responds "Uh, that's your daughter." Silence. FML

50 year olds dating 30 year olds are gross in general. That means that when he was about 20, she was just born. Well. OP did say 30-something so she's probably about 35. Then when he was 20 she was around 5. Would you be ok with your 5 year old dating a 20 year old?
