Seen this happen to people before, despite telling them to accept a job offer even if results of other interviews are TBA. So many of them have gone on to be unemployed for another 2-3 months because they spent too much time dicking around that the company ended up offering the position to someone else, idiots.

It's never wise to burn your bridges.
