Nope, just one.
$133 is pretty expensive for internet service, even in the States. Usually if one's bill is that high, they're also playing for television and possibly a landline well.
PUC
Report them to the FCC. The FCC takes billing for services that were not rendered very seriously. The company will end up having to remove your charges AND pay a fine.
I'm surprised no one has suggested Time Warner Cable... you get charged the bill from the people who lived at your address before you.
Just don't pay it, you don't owe them a penny...
We lived in BFE and called to have local internet installed. Install tech showed up, said he needed something else and would be back the next day, that turned into the next week, (daily phone calls here) FINALLY we find out from the second tech that there's no lines available and we wont be getting internet from them. Okay everything is canceled, whatever. Got the cancellation we owe 00.00 letter in two days. Cut to six months later, I start getting calls from their in house debt collectors... for not paying the internet bill. With late fees and collection fees they pinged us for over a grand. It took another year to fight and have removed from everything because it was "our fault" that they tried to charge us for a service they never installed. Even with emailing / faxing and all the proof that it was canceled it was still an uphill batte
let me guess, at&t?

Talk to the head of the billing department. No flunkey is allowed to remove a bill entirely.
Maybe talk to a lawyer?
