Today, I stood up in front of the class and dropped my pen. As I bent over to pick it up, a boy in the front row loudly broke wind. I will forever be known as "that teacher who farted". FML

If they can't tell that the fart really didn't come from you then they're morons, but chances are they know exactly who it actually came from and the opportunity was just too good to pass up. Kids suck, it's a fact of life.

Just by that one class. If it's college that will die fast and if it's high school it will die out once they graduate and only be brought up at reunions or when they bump into each other at the grocery store after a long time.

Perhaps, since you got the name undeservingly, you can place this kid in a seat away from everyone else and eat some things that disagree with you on purpose and walk by his seat often and earn your nickname at his expense.
