Duckzy tells us more.
Hey guys, OP here. I just wanted to say a few things, first off, I was awoken by the sound of the lizards running around in their habitat, not by cries or crunches or whatever. Secondly, the lizards were the same size and opposing genders so I was told to put them together by the person who sold the lizards to me. Lastly, unfortunately by the time I got to them, the other lizard (Female in case you were wondering) was already half inside of the other's stomach.

Survival of the Fittest
how cool is that! they fight for survival. you are next..
This is why you don't keep most reptiles in the same habitat. I feel bad for the lizards because you obviously didn't do your homework on proper care.
Talk about a cannable
Can switching to Geico save you 15% or more on car insur- *crunch, crunch, crunch*

Never listen to the person who sells you the pet. They don't know shit.
What type of lizard?
That's really weird. Unless he was trying to mate with her and she was having non of that then that may be why. He just got too rambunctious. It's why I only have 1 male gecko and I do season control by keeping him on a 12/12 light timer. It doesn't induce breeding behaviour.
You know, usually it's the other way around for animals.
don't keep them together unless you plan on breeding them. and make sure you do a lot of research before buying any pet, don't just take the owner or whoever is selling you the animal(s) for their word.
Aw no thats terrible! Poor lizard :/
Think of it as a Biology lesson on natural selection.
Guess he didn't feel like having kids

Oh how sad. But you know what they say: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Yeah, that's a pretty common thing with some reptiles. Poor lizard :(
