Hey OP here. Thanks for all the supportive and helpful comments. To answer any questions though, I do live in Indiana which is a right to work state so I'm not going to get anywhere with that. My ex manager had just hired in to the company about 2 weeks before. I definitely got the feeling that he didn't like me much so it was probably a personal vendetta for him. It's not like I was working to fast either. I was working for a Ford dealership as a line mechanic. I was on company book time. I'm not worried about it now though. It was probably for the best. Thank again though

Do you realize your comment makes you look like a moron?
There's always going to be someone who says you should sue. You shouldn't sue. He was perfectly within his rights, especially in a right to work state like Indiana, and you will lose. What you might want to do is ask your manager to be more honest with you. It is likely he/she let you go because of a problem with your performance. Having an honest evaluation will help you keep your next job.
Can they fire you for that reason. Isn't it good you are finishing all the work isn't that what they were paying you for
Employer's in almost every state in the US can fire you for any reason and even without reason. These states are called "at will" states.
Start your own competing company and steal all his business. I'm assuming you didn't sign a nda or non compete agreement....
Maybe they just don't need a full timer. is help wanted sign for part time position?
Re apply if they are looking to hire!
Take a picture of it as proof. That is unfair dismissal
Sorry, he must have something against you

Sounds like a bullshit reason to fire you. Hopefully you can find a new job in the same field.
